An external compressor or piped air supply is required with the TP-210. Designed for factory use with in-house piped air supply. Compressor capability of 0.5hp (0.4kW) is recommended if seperate compressor is to be used. When using piped air supply, a regulator must be used to adjust the pressure (0.5 - 0.7Mpa / 5 - 7kgf/cm2). The TP-210 has a temperature adjustment circuit sensor feedback system that allows temperature setting from 250 - 450°C. The heat On/Off is fully automatic assuring full heating to remove solder. The 80W ceramic heater has a high insulation resistance. When set to 450°C, the fast heating of the nozzle ensures that the set temperature is reached in only 2 minutes.

When releasing the heat trigger, the vacuum pump operates for about 0.5 of a second reducing the chance of solder picked up jamming in the nozzle. The filter changing and removal of cartridge is simple with the latest design of cartridge. The unit is supplied with the ST-76 stand.
