• An external compressor or piped air supply is required with the TP-210. Designed for factory use with in-house piped air supply. Compressor capability of 0.5 hp (0.4kW) is recommended if seperate compressor to be used. When using piped air supply, a regulator must be used to adjust the pressure (0.5 – 0.7Mpa / 5 – 7kgf/cm2)
• Variable temperature setting. The TP-210 has a temperature adjustment circuit sensor feedback system that allows temperature setting from 250-450°C. This assures stable temperature control no matter what kind of application is carried out. The heating ON/OFF control is automatic assuring full heating to remove solder.

• Quick heat and heat recovery. The 80W ceramic heater has a high insulation resistance. When set to 450°C, the quick heating of the nozzle assures that the set temperature is reached in only 2 minutes.
• Zero-volt switch circuit. The heater ON/OFF control uses the zero-volt switch circuit which reduces noise during the ON/OFF to a minimum.
• New mechanism to reduce blocked solder. As the heater quickly heats up when the trigger is pulled, the set temperature is rapidly reached during the operation. When releasing the trigger, the vacuum pump operates automatically for about 0.5 of a second reducing the chance of solder picked up jamming in the nozzle.
• Replaceable type cartridge filter. The filter changing and cartridge removing is easy with the newly designed cartridge. The heat resistant plastic cartridge is economical.
• Supplied with ST-76 stand (shown below)
