The CXR series is a compact and lightweight, high-capacity model range featuring fast heat-up of the tip. The grip is covered in a treated anti-bacteria silicon sleeve. The CXR-30 is designed for soldering precision surface mounting components. The CXR-40 is designed for soldering electrical components such as IC's and transistors. All irons are fitted with burn-resistant rubber power cords and moulded UK plugs.
The tips are coated with an extra-thick iron plating and will be long lasting whether lead-alloy or lead free solders are used. These irons DO NOT have to be used only with lead free solders. |
